Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. HYK Holyoke Concrete reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Services
HYK Holyoke Concrete provides concrete construction services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and will be provided in accordance with the specifications outlined in your written estimate or contract.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work. Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion timelines for all projects. However, these timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for securing any necessary permits or permissions. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles on your property. Failure to disclose such information may result in additional charges or project delays.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on completed projects as outlined in your written contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be clearly stated in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
HYK Holyoke Concrete is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, material shortages, or utility failures. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover our costs. We will work with you to find a fair resolution in the event of a cancellation.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts.
